The legacy machine problem
Most Indian machine shops run a mix of machines: a few new CNCs with Ethernet, many older CNCs without it, conventional grinders and milling machines, presses and special-purpose machines built for one job. Industry 4.0 projects often cover only the newest machines, which leaves most of the shop floor invisible.
One system for every machine
TnG Machine Monitoring is not tied to one controller brand or one machine age.
- Modern CNCs (FANUC with Ethernet, Siemens, Mazak, Mitsubishi, Delta and others) are read directly from the controller.
- Legacy CNCs without Ethernet are connected through TnG connection hardware.
- Conventional and special-purpose machines, including cylindrical, ID and centreless grinding, thread rolling, milling machines, forging presses and power presses, are connected after a machine assessment.

What a retrofitted machine gives you
Once connected, an old machine gets the same capabilities as a new one:
- Live running, idle, alarm and offline status on the plant overview and Andon TV.
- Automatic production counts and cycle times.
- Automatic breakdown records with reasons and department alerts.
- OEE, part-wise production and scheduled reports.
- Optional in-process gauging, automatic offset correction, red-bin and power-cut interlocks, and biometric operator access.
Extend step by step
Start with monitoring on your most critical machines. Add smart gauging, automatic offset correction and custom interlocks as you go. Everything feeds the same production record, so nothing has to be replaced later.
Getting started
Share your machine list with make, model, controller and age. We review compatibility for each machine and propose a pilot scope, including any connection hardware needed.
