Biometric operator access for CNC machines
Fingerprint authorisation so only approved, trained operators can run a machine. Operator identity is recorded with production.
Red-bin interlocking
When a part is rejected, the machine waits until the part is confirmed into the red bin, so bad parts cannot mix with good ones.
Power-cut interlinking
Power failure and restoration are detected on the CNC. The interrupted cycle is recorded and the affected part is flagged for inspection before production continues.
Inspection interlocks
Gauge checks enforced at the frequency you set, after tool change or at first-part approval, before the machine continues.
Customised CNC programming
Macro programs, measurement routines and machine logic written for your parts and your process.
Custom dashboards, reports and integration
Reports in your format, special dashboards, and data exchange with your ERP or other plant systems.
Retrofit for older machines
Connection hardware that brings older CNCs, conventional machines and special-purpose machines into monitoring and interlocks.
