Searchable register

Calibration that calculates as you type
Templates load test points; error, correction and PASS / FAIL are judged instantly, to six decimal places, with environment and uncertainty recorded.
Failed means quarantined
A failed calibration takes the instrument out of service immediately.
Controlled approval
The approver can never be the person who calibrated. Approved records are locked; corrections create a new revision with a reason.
Standards checked on the day
Each reference standard's validity on the calibration date is verified and frozen into the record.

Issue, return and transfer
Overdue, failed or never-calibrated instruments cannot be issued. An override needs a written reason, kept in the audit trail.

Cal-Master is a web application installed on your own Windows server. Your team opens it in a browser on the plant network, and your data stays in your plant. It is designed to grow: mobile access, SMS / WhatsApp alerts, ERP integration and multi-plant use can be added without redesign.
