The range
1-channel piezo gauge
Single-dimension gauging with a clear 7-segment readout and LCD status display.
2-channel piezo gauge
Two dimensions measured together, each with its own readout.
Piezo + probe combinations
1-channel piezo with 1 probe, 2-channel piezo with 1 probe, and 2-channel piezo with 2 probes, for parts with several critical dimensions.
TFT display gauges
Colour TFT models for piezo and LVDT, with an analogue-style scale, tolerance colours and on-screen results.
Measurement software
Live readings per parameter on tolerance bars, calibration with masters, raw-count monitoring, measurement cycle and data reports.
Ready to connect
Readings can feed TnG Machine Monitoring (SPC, rejection alerts) and TnG Offset Master (automatic wear-offset correction).
The range, close up
Every TnG gauge can be used on its own at the machine, or connected. Connected to the Machine Monitoring System its readings feed SPC, rejection alerts and the quality rate of OEE. Connected to Offset Master its result corrects the CNC wear offset automatically.
